Kelly R. Overcasher, Au.D.
Certificate in Tinnitus Management
Get to know our Audiologist, Dr. Overcasher. She is an Ohio native who became interested in hearing health while studying Speech, Language Pathology and Audiology at The University of Akron. She received her AS in Legal Assisting, a BA in Speech, Language Pathology and Audiology and a Doctorate in Audiology all from The University of Akron. Dr. Overcasher completed her internship at The VA Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio and is a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology (ADA) and the Ohio Academy of Audiology (OAA). She obtained her certificate for tinnitus management through the American Board of Audiology.
Dr. Overcasher is a member of the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce and Stark County Farm Bureau. Dr. Overcasher’s extensive experience makes her an expert in audiological evaluation, hearing aid fitting and troubleshooting as well as cerumen (ear wax) removal.
As a life-long Stark County resident, Dr. Overcasher is excited to serve the residents of her community in their journey to better hearing.
Angela Hissner
M.A. Audiologist, CCC-A
Angela Hissner has been practicing audiology in Northeast Ohio for over 26 years since graduating from the University of Akron with her Master’s degree. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and member of the American Speech Hearing Association (ASHA) where she holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A).
Angie has worked primarily in medical settings at ENT offices throughout her career. Angie’s background and experience brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and clinical excellence to Ohio Audiology Associates. She is looking forward to assisting new and former patients on their hearing journey to help improve their quality of life and overall well-being.
Ms. Hissner enjoys spending time with her 3 children and their dogs. She can be seen cheering on the Buckeyes and the Browns, as well as spending time with her friends and family.
Elizabeth Keller
Patient Care Coordinator
As the first person you'll see when you walk through our doors - and often the first voice you'll hear on the phone - Liz Keller sets the tone for a welcoming and compassionate experience at Ohio Audiology Associates. With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Liz has a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care and personalized follow-up.
Her passion for helping others is evident in every interaction. Liz finds joy in making sure patients feel seen, heard, and valued - often sending them off with the same smile she greeted them with.
Outside of work, Liz is a proud grandmother to 18 wonderful grandchildren. Each one brings their own personality and talents, and she finds endless joy and amazement in watching them grow.
Mary Sanders
Patient Care Coordinator
Although a part-time team member, Mary Sanders wears many hats at Ohio Audiology Associates. Whether serving as Patient Care Coordinator, Office Manager, or Marketing Coordinator, Mary brings the same warmth, dedication, and exceptional customer service that have defined her 40+ years in the customer service industry.
Throughout her career, Mary has held a variety of roles that reflect her versatility and leadership, including staff training across multiple client sites. Prior to retiring from PNC Bank in 2016, she managed the Foltz Community Center in East Canton, where she organized fundraising events, wedding receptions, business meetings, and a wide range of community functions.
Mary’s commitment to service, both professional and personal, is a cornerstone of her work. She is married to Archie and enjoys a large and loving family that includes 2 children, 3 stepchildren, 10 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
